My client is a fast paced, tech start-up with aggressive growth plans for the next 24 months. They are looking for an experienced Head of HR to help them on their growth journey and to build a dynamic people function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable in driving the People agenda
  • Set strategy, design and implement following processes (but not limited to):
  1. Recruitment (to include agency partnerships, candidate sourcing, initial interviews, offers)
  2. Talent Development (to include, training, accreditation, education support, etc)
  3. Graduate Programme (partnerships with Universities, agencies, training plans, salary progression, etc)
  4. Recognition programme (to include working with internal resources to design a Team platform)
  5. DIB&R (to include strategy, training, updates, corporate website, ect)
  6. HRIS
  7. Integration of all people processes between UK and SK
  • Review and improve following processes:
  • Onboarding
  • New Starter process
  • Performance management
  • Annual salary review
  • Legal compliance (employee contracts, H&S, policies, etc)
  • People calendar and annual comms plan
  • Maintain
  • Job structure (including job evaluations and benchmarking of salaries)
  • Annual and quarterly employee surveys

Key skills/experience:

  • Deep knowledge of all areas of HR (Recruitment, Talent Development, Total Reward, Compliance, etc)
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to explain People topics succinctly and simply
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation most importantly the Leadership team
  • Knowledge of High-Tech industry, preferably of start ups
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
  • Self-starter, independent and able to switch easily from strategic to operational work
  • Subject matter expert and advisor to not just the Leadership team but the wider organisation
