Permanent ER Advisor
Coventry
Our client is seeking an ER Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be required to work remotely with travel to their office (when allowed to) in Coventry and will be part of a dedicated team of ER Case Managers and Advisors. You will be expected to work in a high paced environment with high and large caseloads of work including Disciplinaries/Grievances/Sickness/Absence/Performance Management
You will be managing c.35 end to end caseloads, with the support of a team around you, reporting to the ER Team Leader.
We require individuals who have had exposure in Employee Relations and have strong TUPE / Redundancy exposure.
