A dynamic and incredibly forward thinking investment management firm are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team! Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be tasked with supporting the firms recruitment process and strategy from an administrative perspective.
With a background in HR or Recruitment Administration, you will be working with the wider recruitment team to coordinate interviews, manage the recruitment inbox, manage diaries and support with the onboarding process. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive experience is had by both candidate and stakeholder to uphold the extremely positive brand name and values the company stands for.
If you have exceptional organisational skills, time management and high level written and verbal communcation skills, then this could be the role for you!
You must be happy to get stuck in and support where possible and be able to manage a fast moving and heavy workload.
