L&D Partner - Technology - 6 month ftc

This leading and ever-growing Fintech business is looking to recruit an EMEA lead for their Learning function.

This is a global role and will partner with the Technology leadership team to drive an integrated L&D strategy to achieve the learning goals of the business. The successful candidate will have partered with a technology function to deliver learning strategies previously, and will have excellent stakeholder management.

This is a really fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing organisation with ambitious growth objectives.

They are looking for:

• Proven experience of delivering and implementing a global L&D strategy.
• Previous experience managing the learning strategy for a tech business, or function
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working globally.
