People Analytics Partner - £40,000 to £50,000 - London

My client an industry leading organisation are looking to hire a HR Data Analyst to deliver insight, build dashboards and reporting for their HR function.

The role:

  • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of data governance
  • Identify opportunities to improve relevant processes and data quality
  • Ownership of both regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Design, implement, and test new reporting as required, identify any opportunities to improve reporting

About you:

  • Excellent analytical thinking skills
  • Extensive experience as HR data analyst
  • Strong communicator able to explain results
  • Cross-functional awareness of HR practices and policy
  • Good experience with data governance and quality
  • Strong experience with advanced data visualiation tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI)
