The successful L&D Officer will be responsible for:

* First point of contact for all L&D queries and coordinating all L&D programmes

* Providing support on the LMS and contribute to continuous improvement projects

* Administering the development of all new L&D interventions

* Organising L&D workshops and overseeing the programme management.

Profile

The successful L&D officer must have:

* Experience managing L&D projects and events

* Experience overseeing a LMS

* Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills

* Strong administration and attention to detail skills.
