Based in Edinburgh for a 6 month contract, ideally looking for an immediate start.

Description

  • Staff Validation report - responses uploaded to SAGE
  • Case Management - managing an individual case load with support, providing HR advice and guidance on policy and procedure, supporting the development of templates and processes, supporting with organising meetings/note taking
  • Recruitment and Selection - supporting fallout of processes from Recruitment & Selection audit, supporting the process as needed from the development and posting of adverts to recruitment checks to issuing contractual documentation
  • Process continuous improvements - exit process, absence process, etc
  • Review of New Starter and Leavers Manager and HR Checklist
  • Review of content for Staff Handbook
  • Manager Guidelines
  • Focus On Sessions for Managers
  • HR Dashboard/Metrics/KPI's - creating tracker for Operations Board
  • Systems/HR & Payroll support
  • Monitoring and response to queries in HR Mailbox
  • L&D support for Training Needs Analysis, E Learning, etc
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

  • 6+ months experience of working within HR environment
  • Case management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Concise and accurate record keeping skills
  • Able to retain sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience using full MS Office Suite

  • Role will work from home in relation to COVID guidelines, there will be an expectation to be in the office once this changes.
