Description

Will be supporting the Senior Reward Analyst during a peak period with a primary focus on managing the annual flexible benefits window project including reviewing all benefit portal text, completing/managing benefits renewals, managing the project with our third party benefit platform provider, drafting communications and UAT testing. Other tasks may include:

  • Supporting on the annual pay review process
  • Assist in reviewing current Reward team processes and practices
  • Support on harmonisation on benefits project

Profile

Experienced Required

  • Experienced in all areas of Reward including:
  • Compensation
  • Employee benefits including risk and PMI schemes.
  • Managing a Flexible Benefits scheme.
  • Experience of managing benefits in the ROI would be desirable but not essential

Job Offer

Competitive day rate - 3 month contract, immediate start
