Global Tech business are seeking a Senior HRBP to support their EMEA population. This role is a fixed term contract position for six months initially to cover a maternity leave.

The client is seeking someone who is able to manage:

  • Global client group - with a focus on France and Germany

  • Deliver restructuring or organisational design projects as and when required

  • Employee relations and performance management both in the UK and globally

  • Reporting into USA on European people performance

  • Partnering with your client group to ensure they are on track with their people strategy

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in managing a global client group with an understanding of European employment law - ideally France or Germany.

  • In depth org design experience

  • Ideally you will have worked in a global matrixed organisation

  • Tech/ Digital experience will be highly regarded
