Oakleaf are excited to be working in partnership with a well-respected media agency to recruit the position of HR Manager. This role, reporting into the Head of Legal, sits on the management team and will be responsible across the whole people spectrum at the firm as well and introducing new initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include;

HR and Talent

  • Partnering with all Head of Department discussing all people related matter

  • Owning al talent review processes as well as managing all necessary performance management

  • Playing part of management team of leading through new initiatives and projects

  • Ensuring that all People related administration is up to date and accurate

  • Organisation monthly workshops and more structure learning programmes for employees to create a culture of continual development


  • Ownership of recruitment processes from start to finish

  • Supporting and coaching the business through the review of CVs and future talent

  • Monitoring all recruitment related data, advising on how to improve where necessary

Employee benefits and wellness

  • Managing all the partnerships that the organisation has with 3rd party suppliers ensuring that they are getting the best offers for employees

  • Act as a the go between for the employees on any queries or changes to policies

  • Ensuring a wide selection of benefits offered to employees aligned to current changes in needs

This a small to mid-sized media firm so it is vital that candidates are able to demonstrate experience in working in a similar environment ideally within production or agency. You will have experience in working at a senior level whilst still being operationally involved with the day to day requirements of the role.
