A global accountancy firm are recruiting for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching partners through employee relations issues and acting as an escalation point

  • Driving effective performance management

  • Acting as a true business partner and identifying critical business issues

  • Formulating a local strategic people plan

  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Along with Senior HR Manager, leading the development of the People Plan

  • Identifying opportunities for change and innovation and supporting business through change management

  • Delivering HR projects to support change initiatives

As HR Manager, you will possess:

  • Strong stakeholder management experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent technical HR knowledge and commercial understanding

  • Ability to work strategically and deliver at an operational level also

  • Strong employment law experience

  • Project management skills

  • Professional Services background
