A leading Wealth Management organisation is looking for a Reward Consultant to support on all aspects of reward; fixed and variable pay, non-consolidated awards and incentives.
Reporting to the Head of Reward. this role will act as a key point of contact to the business and provide support to develop and implement reward strategies and policies and advice on general reward management.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the annual reward cycle (including executive pay), design and review of incentive plans, gender pay reporting and aligning the firm's compensation structure
Review and design incentives schemes to align to firm strategy
Ensure local reward strategies/policies are aligned to the global reward strategy
Design and implement a consistent model for completing the annual salary and bonus review
Present recommendations to senior management on compensation strategy
Identify opportunities to harmonise global reward practices
Provision of advice to senior stakeholders, including regarding external market remuneration practice
The successful candidate will have the following:
Significant reward experience, preferably within a listed organisation
A general understanding of pensions and benefits and how they contribute to total reward
Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of interacting at all levels of seniority and establishing themselves as a subject matter expect
