Michael Page HR are seeking a specialist Project Manager with a strong background in workforce planning and clinical rostering, ideally gained within the health-care sector.
This is a 6 month FTC than can be remote managed from anywhere withing the UK.

As Project Manager - Workforce Planning you will lead a duel work-stream project. The first work-stream focuses on process and technology while the second stream focuses on the people and change management aspects of the programme and looks at how to land and sustain change.
As Project Manager you will be accountable for managing stakeholders and delivery against the project plan, bringing together SMES from HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, IT, Training and Operations to deliver both work-streams so experience of working across functions with competing priorities to deliver change is essential.
The successful candidate will have strong project management and resource planning experience gained within the health-care sector.
Due to the speed and critical nature of this project, experience of managing and delivering similar workforce management projects in a health or social care environment, alongside working with multiple senior stakeholders is essential.
Experience of using the following business tools (iTrent, Allocate HealthRoster and Tableau) is desirable but not essential.
This is a minimum 6 month project which can be managed remotely from anywhere within the UK.
