An exciting opportunity has become available in a scaling Transformation Consultancy; they are looking for a dynamic HR People Partner to join them in driving people initiatives predominantly across EMEA. The business is looking for someone who has previous experience in a start-up or scaling environment, and someone who enjoys working at pace!

Key responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the VP of People, Head of People and People Coordinator across all aspects of the People strategy

  • You will proactively partner with the engineering teams to enable them to deliver effectively and maintain positive team and client relationships

  • Provide organisation-wide support to build and maintain an agile approach to performance management and talent recognition, with an emphasis on driving transparent and timely feedback

  • You will be integral in managing the L&D budget for employees, supporting the roll out and integration of a new global LMS, supporting PDP's and partnering with the VP's to deliver EMEA wide initiatives

  • Act as a sounding boarding for career development conversations and help support individuals with their chosen development paths

  • Act as a change advocate for EMEA Diversity & Inclusion, ensuring co-creation of any initiatives, events and process design changes

  • Take the lead on process design and implementation

  • You will provide support to on-boarding from people to project in line with the business model, the monthly payroll and the growing benefits package

Key Experience/Skills:

  • Previous experience at People partner level, ideally within a start-up/scaling environment

  • Experience within tech is ideal

  • Proven experience of designing learning pathways, training curriculum's and leadership development programmes would be great

  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to push back when necessary

  • An agile mindset and approach to all things people, but not forgetting to balance that with the needs and priorities of the business

  • Passion for working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
