Recruitment Coordinator

A global law firm is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Arranging and attending agency briefings

  • Updating and advertising all job descriptions

  • Updating social media content and posting roles to job boards

  • Processing applications via the ATS and sharing with hiring managers

  • Managing the background screening process for all candidates

  • Pulling reports from the recruitment system and assist drafting reports

This person will:

  • In-house recruitment experience, ideally within professional services

  • Experience working in a high volume administrative role

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
