The position of HR Business Partner will involve:

- Stakeholder management

- Generalist HR responsibilities

- Employee Relations

- Managing Workday

- Organisation restructures

- Working with the business across Europe

- Administration


The ideal candidate for the position of HR Business Partner will:

- Be an experienced HR Business Partner

- Embrace managing the whole HR process from admin to strategy

- Have HR systems, ideally Workday experience

- Be self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously

- Have managed organisation restructures and terminations

- Ideally have a second language of German, French or Italian, though this is not essential

Job Offer

£40,000 + Healthcare + Pension + Flexible Working
