HR Manager (International Division) – 6 month FTC*

(6 month initial contract can possibly lead to a permanent appointment)

Salary: 

Competitive Base + bonus/ package

(Part-time contract / 4 days per week, is an option - pro-rata salary)

Winchester, Hants

Candidate Qualities & Experience

  • Availability to join this organisation in December 2020.
  • Robust and commercial HR business partnering experience will be a given, as well as excellent OD and change skills.
  • Background/experience gained in:-
  • Entrepreneurial – fast paced and dynamic industry sectors
  • International in perspective/within a corporate environment
  • Progressive/contemporary/forward thinking
  • Complex and multi-cultural
  • Able to effectively partner and gain credibility quickly with demanding, senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of facilitating workshops and talent development/leadership capability building sessions.
  • Outstanding influencing capability both of the strategic business agenda but also at collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve such goals.
  • Tenacious, resilient and able to work confidently and in an agile way with minimal guidance.
  • Fully comfortable with operating both strategically and operationally and within a matrix environment.
  • A graduate, CIPD qualified.
