L&D Consultant

A global Financial Services business based in the city are currently looking for an L&D Lead on a 6 month basis. Reporting into the Global Head of Learning this role will be responsible for leading or co-leading different global Learning & Development projects, which include:

  • Development and implementation of a virtual On-Boarding path for new joiners
  • Development and implementation of a reshaped Management & Leadership training offering / curriculum
  • Co-lead on ammendments to current training curriculum- analyse, develop and evaluate learning programmes
  • Manage a network of internal trainers and external vendors
  • Conduct local new joiner presentations
  • Manage data reporting


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a L&D role preferably in an international company with a matrix management structure
  • Ideally experience operating within financial services
  • Experience in planning, designing, delivering, evaluating, and administrating training programmes & projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of Articulate 360 and TalentSoft is an advantage
