Culture, Diversity and EVP Lead

The business is an exciting, major growth tech company who have grown steadily over that last couple of years, secured investment, diversified and grown during the pandemic and have even more ambitious growth plans ahead.

With and established HR function, they are really meeting the needs of their people well but would like to do more around their social purpose, wellbeing and diversity so that they continue to grow, attract the right values and become and employer of choice.

The key areas of this job will focus on Environment, Social and Governance so that there is a structured route to improving culture, processes and working practises. You will work with the HR Director and the leadership team to put new programmes in place, building new ideas as you go. It's a small business, there is very little in place, so it needs a very operational approach.

This is quite a hybrid role and would suit someone who has already worked in a commercial HR job and would like to work with internal and external people and organisations to create the interventions required. For Example - putting together valuable D&I training programmes, partnering with local and national charities/schools/ social mobility organisations and structuring policy and guidelines.

The salary reflects s the operational content of the role - circa £40K. Very flexible working. Would consider part time.
