This Compensation Manager opportunity is a new role for this global Insurance business & sits within the UK HR team of 23 and alongside global counterparts (c20 heads).
With two direct reports you'll will be responsible for embedding, implementing and managing the total reward global strategy, programs and initiatives.
You’ll have a focus on innovation, ensuring the benefit and compensation offering remain competitive, sustainable & scalable, whilst keeping in line with global objectives.
It will be your responsibility to remain current with changes in benefits, retirement & compensation law, managing company relationships with state and local regulatory agencies.
One of the top priorities is gender pay/ethnicity, so experience of this would be highly desirable.
The perfect fit personality wise, is an engaging individual with great relationship skills. A resilient approach and the ability to work in an often ambiguous environment will also hold you in good stead.

This role is based in the City. The business is currently home based but will be returning on a 3 day a week basis when possible.
