Oakleaf are working with an organisation based in Surrey to support with their Bonus and Commission. This will be an ongoing temporary position.
The core of the role will be to support with collating and reviewing Key Performance Indicators, SMART objectives and Sales Targets and calculating and communicating results.
This role will provide a great overview of the entire business and will involve significant and regular interaction with colleagues across the business.
The successful candidate
Advanced Excel user - modelling ability including handling large data sets, macros etc.
Experience of using various commission and bonus software.
Prior experience of business modelling and/or data management.
Degree/professional qualifications or equivalent in relevant field.
