The position of HR Business Partner will involve:

- Partnering with People Centre of Excellence & People and Organisation Team globally

- Supporting the strategy & delivery of the Talent Management programs

- Organisational design methodology

- Culture and employee engagement strategies

- Understanding the needs and trends to support the talent management, culture and engagement strategies

- Supporting complex change and transformation projects

- Mentoring and supporting Organisational Development Partners


The ideal candidate for the position of HR Business Partner will:

- Be an experienced HRBP from a large, matrixed organisation

- Have vast operational development experience

- Have exceptional stakeholder management skills

- Be comfortable working adjusted hours due to global nature of role

- Have proven HR project management delivery experience

- Be degree educated, ideally Masters, in a relevant subject

Job Offer

£60,000 - £63,000 + Comprehensive package
