My client, an established consumer business and household brand name now has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team in Hampshire.
As a Senior Reward Manager you will be supporting the Head of Reward and will have a number of responsibilities including:
Designing and developing the reward proposition for the organisation
Reviewing policies and practices and assisting with the overall reward strategy
Conducting extremal research and benchmarking
Managing the annual pay and bonus review
