Interim Reward Consultant

My client is a fast-growing start up technology business, who are looking to appoint an Interim Reward Consultant to support the business with their future growth plans in order to attract and retain their people. This role will run for an initial 2-4 month basis and will be a remote role.

This Interim Reward Consultant role will be focused on leading a full review and audit of current pay structures, job levelling, bonus plans and pension and benefits across the business. You will make recommendations on improvements and implement changes to their reward framework.

Prior experience working in high-growth, start-up environment or greenfield Reward role where you have reviewed and designed reward frameworks from the ground up is required as well as total reward experience encompassing compensation, benefits and pensions.
