Role: Interim HR Project Manager - 3 months
Salary: £400 - £600 per day - dependent on experience
My client are looking for an immediately available HR Project Manager to join their team and support on multiple projects across their UK and EMEA teams for a 3 month period. You will come from a HR Generalist background and be an experienced consultant who has led on multiple projects. This role is key to driving new initiatives and activities for the business and work closely with multiple HR teams.
Duties will include;
Leveraging your strong generalist background to deliver efficient and quick results for both simple and complex problems
Drive the UK return to office taskforce plan to implement and embed their new ways of working in relation to COVID-19 response
Work closely with key partners in the broader HR teams, global technology, facilities and legal
Embed new HR policies and practices in both new and emerging markets
Drive alignment in the people team with regards to their D&I commitments
Review data and analytics to understand root causes of volumes and in turn propose solutions
Engage stakeholders to align resources and project manage the delivery of a range of initiatives
Proven experience of a strong project management skillset and continuous improvement focus is key, as well as being a delivery focussed and creative problem solver. Strong engagement, communication and influencing stakeholders is also crucial for this role. Get in touch today!
