As the Head of Learning & Development, you’ll lead the design and delivery of L&D initiatives that’ll help our people and business achieve our stretching capability targets. The experience you’ve gained working in a multi-site business, ideally F&B, means you know that continuous development of leadership capability is key to unlocking performance at store level, which is why we’ll need you to effectively plan, deliver and evaluate engaging L&D programmes that’ll equip our people with the skill, insight and confidence that’ll help them understand the benefits of positive leadership, good performance management and communication.
At Five Guys we believe in the value of getting it done, so we’ll need you to deliver L&D support that has clear benefits for learners which they’d describe as challenging, fun and provides the right stuff to help make them better at what they do. You’ll need a deep insight into designing effective L&D programmes that you’ll align to our career path, allowing our people to take charge of their own development and ensure they have access to the right support, at the right time.
You’ll need to be comfortable challenging conventional thinking and have the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
