People and Organisation Development Manager

To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change. Providing information, advice and services as required.

Client Details

A Birmingham based Education Trust with a small network of schools. Based in the city centre as a head office and does require travel to the schools when necessary.


Research and analyse to develop the people strategy to ensure that the organisational development initiatives are appropriately aligned with the strategic goals

Design and deliver OD and change management strategies

Responsible for the people and culture development

Develop and deliver performance improvement initiatives

Develop the approach to talent management and succession planning

Facilitate in house events

Develop HR policies and procedures

Oversee payroll function and much much more!


The successful candidate will not be fazed easily! This People and OD Manager role is meaty and requires somebody super driven and eager to make positive changes.

The ideal candidate will have a HR background, with CIPD Level 7 or equivalent. The individual will be able to speak about examples where they have developed an organisation around change management culture development. You will be a confident HR generalist and be happy managing a small team.

The ideal applicant will have experience in the education sector and have a genuine interest in the positive changes this will make for the employed at these schools.

Job Offer

A decent salary paying up to £50,000, experience dependant. The Head Office is situated in a beautiful part of Birmingham, with amazing offices and lovely office culture.
