Senior HR Manager

A global Management Consultancy are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of People, this role will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Providing strategic direction across a range of HR matters spanning the employee lifecycle

  • Influencing and partnering with different levels of the organisation

  • Overseeing HRIS and other HR admin

  • Managing a team of 5 HR Generalists

As Senior HR Manager, you will possess:

  • Proven experience working as a Senior or HR Manager (minimum 5 years HR experience)

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law

  • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders

  • Strong management experience, managing a team of 2 or more

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level or equivalent
