Head of Diversity & Inclusion

Are you an experienced diversity and inclusion professional, looking for the opportunity to lead organisation wide change? Do you want to join a not-for-profit organisation where you will make a huge change and give back? Are you able to work from home but travel twice a week? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Client Details

This is fantastic opportunity to join a national not-for-profit in a newly created role.

This charity have much to do to realise our ambitions to become more diverse and fully inclusive: they have high levels of commitment but need support to develop and implement our approach. They want to work with pace, but know they need to listen and learn. They are committed to resourcing this work appropriately, but there are strong and differing views about how best to make progress.

This new role, working closely with the executive team and Board of Trustees, will influence across the organisation, leading the work to develop an integrated strategy for diversity and inclusion, both in our internal and external work.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact, in an organisation eager and committed to doing better!
