Part time HR Manager

Oakleaf are excited to be working with fast growing charitable organization based in Essex to recruit a part time HR Manager on a 12-month FTC. Due to the growth of the charity they now require a HR Manager to join the existing HR team to support on increasing efficiencies across the organization. You will hold a full generalist remit managing a small team - HR Officer and Admin support - as well as taking a leadership role on current projects.

Key accountabilities include

  • Manage the team whilst leading on all people related matters

  • Advise the Leadership team on how to increase efficiencies across the function

  • Review the existing recruitment process to support all continual growth

  • Develop and deliver the HR strategy

  • Own existing and new projects

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibility whilst making a significant impact to a business's growth. You will have experience in operating at Manager level with the not for profile sector ideally charity. My client is able to offer a 22.5 hour per week contract for an initial period of 12 months on a FTC basis.
