People Partner - Spainsh speaking

My client is a very successful fast scaling European Business who are now looking to recruit a People Partner (ideally fluent in Spanish). Reporting directly into the People Director you will engage with the full people cycle across Europe playing an integral role with the continual growth of the business.

The People Partner will be at the core of culture change and development activities with the People Director and other members of the People & Talent Team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate locally and regionally with the People & Talent Team

  • Business Partner to Europe

  • Work on key projects to improve people communication and employee relations matters

  • Design and deliver workshops to build a culture of learning

  • Metrics driven and a problem solver - making evidence-based proposals

  • Participate in HRIS and Payroll migration

  • Build relationships with Europe Site teams, People & Talent, HSE and Finance colleagues

The People Partner should be experienced in all areas of supporting the employee lifecycle from Organisation Design and Development right through to delivery of scalable processes and systems. Experience within HR Operations, and comfortable working with manual processes whilst my client develops their digital transformation strategy will be essential. The role requires someone who is very hands on and willing to get stuck in! With an innate ability to multitask, the People Partner will be a natural problem solver with the ability to think on their feet and able to confidently deal with stakeholders across all levels of seniority across multiple communications channels. With a large population based in Spain it would be hugely advantageous for candidates to be able to be fluent in Spanish.
