Ashley Kate are working with one of the UK's leading Professional services firms on a Learning & Development Advisor position. With a number of offices across London and the South you will report directly into the head of Learning and be responsible for the full learning piece for your client group and work with qualified employees.
The main focus of the role will be across programme development and you will need to do full Training Needs Analysis, review PDP plans and evaluations and the do the design and delivery piece across a blended approach. eg. in-person workshops, written guidelines, knowledge shares, webinars and mentoring.
You will also need to be involved in the evaluation part of the role for the wider business in relation to the Learning piece. From collating feedback following L&D interventions and distribute to facilitators; suggesting and monitoring areas for improvement
You will also be responsible for reviewing the existing evaluation procedure and advise on changes that will help to capture the most useful information for return on investment. With this in mind it is essential that you have a proven background at this advisory level and can manage your own stakeholders and present your findings confidently to a Senior Management team.
As part of a wider people team you will also need to be comfortable getting involved in other areas. From overseeing the storage of L&D materials and resources. To working with suppliers to ensure systems are up to date and invoices are processed. To providing support to the wider People team on departmental projects
Learning & Development Advisor - About You.
- It is absolutely essential that you have a proven L&D Advisor background in professional services.
- You must have strong communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
- The ability and confidence to build relationships with internal/external contacts at all levels is key.
- CIPD or equivalent accreditation is highly desirable.
