Description

This is a hands on, fast paced HR Administration Assistant role offering exposure and development in the role. The role is reporting into the HR Manager and is a full time position for 12 months.

The role is supporting the full employee life cycle; starters, leavers, contract amendments, maternity, paternity, sickness, absence, holiday requests etc. You will be hands on and be able to manage all administration underpinning the HR, Recruitment and L&D activities within the business. You will be able to collate, interpret and produce reports on all HR data and contribute to maintaining the HR database.

You will be able to first line advise employees within the organisation.

Profile

HR Administration experience

CIPD level 3 - desirable

Able to get to Yeadon
