A leading international law firm are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis. Reporting into the Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Organising events both on and off campus, e.g. law fairs, graduate recruitment workshops, presentations and skills session

  • Assisting with the delivery of presentations

  • Establishing relationships with graduate recruitment partners, university alumni partners, other individuals across the firm

  • Assisting with diversity events

  • Organising onboarding process

  • Supporting Advisers with ideas adverts, social media and other marketing platforms

  • Setting up and managing links with law societies

  • Organising seat allocations for first year workshops

  • Reviewing applications for vacation schemes

As the Graduate Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:

  • Strong education to degree level

  • Ideally 1-2 years graduate recruitment experience

  • Strong Microsoft office skills

  • Strong events organisation skills
