An exciting position has arisen for an experienced reward Manager to work within a well-established hospitality organisation based across the UK with their Head Office being based in the West Midlands.

You will report directly to the Group HR Manager and you will be responsible for developing and delivering all aspects of reward, compensation and benefits across the UK and Ireland. From strategy design, bench-marking and analysis to implementation and communication, you will manage the delivery of a quality, business appropriate and competitive compensation and benefits offering in line with statute and best practice. Through communication and working with relevant stakeholders you will maximise understanding of our benefits within the business to drive employee engagement.
You will integrate new legislation as required, ensuring that management and staff are aware of new and existing policies and procedures and that they are implemented effectively. You will complete administrative tasks associated with this position including reporting for the wider business and maintenance of HR data within the payroll system.
You will support and manage projects in relation to reward, compensation and benefits along with other HR projects including systems. You will provide face to face and web-based training to HR and the wider business, along with ad hoc support on queries. Frequent travel may be required within the UK and Ireland.
You will need experience within reward and having a full understanding of compensation and benefits is essential in this role, ideally within Hospitality or a similar environment. You will have knowledge and experience of working with pension, life assurance and income protection schemes along with creating budgets and managing the annual reward cycle.
You will have excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, reporting and numerical skills. You will be advanced in using excel and have experience in using HR and Payroll systems previously; knowledge of SAP is desirable. You will have excellent project management, planning and organisational skills which will be utilised on HR projects.
