I am excited to be working with a fast growth telecommunications business on their search for a Senior HR Business Partner based in Central London.
Having secured significant PE investment the business are looking to expand significantly in the next 12 months and as such, are looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner into their team. The business is split between blue collar (engineers) and white collar (tech, sales, marketing, finance etc) and you will be supporting both populations.
You will be joining a growing HR team of 3, which has plans to expand further as their headcount continues to rise. This role has a great blend of strategic and operational HR work. On the strategic side you will be partnering with the business including their growth plans, reward, talent and engagement. You will also need to be confident in the ER space in order to manage complex cases.
You will mentor a more junior member of the HR team and may have line management responsibility for them in the future. The CEO has a clear vision and is looking for the business to be a market leader, so areas such as culture, talent, engagement and retention are high on the agenda.
In terms of operations the business has the basics of HR in place, but processes, policies and procedures will need to be refreshed to ensure they are fit for purpose as the business continues to grow.
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally have experience working in both a blue collar and a white collar environment. The business has quite a complex structure and a real range of stakeholders so you'll need to be a confident communicator.
Salary: up to £60,000 depending on experience + Bonus. They are open to considering some flexible working or even a 4 day week + benefits.
