Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large UK Retailer who have an opportunity for Reward Analyst focusing with key responsibilities including:

  • Supporting Reward initiatives including: Pay Review, Equal Pay audits, salary surveys, benchmarking and pay ranges,

incentive schemes, job evaluation, information management

  • Designing, building and implementing analytical models

  • Complex data management and making recommendations

  • Preparing management information and reporting

  • Supporting with adhoc projects

  • Supporting with Reward queries

To be successful in the role you will be analytical, numerical and a problem solver with excellent excel and communication skills.
