Your new role
As HR Business Partner you will provide strategic business partnerships to the senior management team on all people issues enabling them to deliver company strategy as well as providing strategic direction and insight on all people issues. You will support the Head of HR on the planning and implementation of key HR projects as required and monitor the quality of HR service in relation to HR cases, taking effective action when improvements are required. You will ensure the HR policy, procedures and practices of the business comply fully with legal and regulatory requirements and be responsible for managing complex HR cases (for example investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, absence management, performance management / improvement).
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of working as a strategic HR Business Partner within a fast paced, ideally global media environment You will worked across the generalist remit and will have proven experience of leading complex ER cases. You will have experience of developing HR strategy to drive business performance as well as being able to roll up your sleeves for operational duties as required. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a temp to perm role in London.
