Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting an HR Business Partner to develop and deliver the people plan for one of our client's key fee earning populations. As the HR Business Partner, you will drive organisational and individual performance and manage complex change in partnership with the partners, managers and employees in line with the HR Strategy.
This role will work alongside a team of HR Business Partners who each support different practice groups within the firm. Wider support is provided by a team of HR Advisors and HR Shared Services team.
As the HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
Leading the delivery of annual people processes including business planning and budgeting, salary review.
Designing and delivering an operational HR plan, aligned to the HR strategy.
Ensuring robust talent management and succession planning are in place
Devising strategies and interventions to improve retention and reduce attrition within areas.
Ensuring focus on employee engagement activities in conjunction with the Engagement HRBP, identifying local and firm wide key areas for improvement.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience around talent management and implementing talent management pipelines within complex structures, ideally professional services, is desirable. You will be a confident and resilient individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage upwards.
