Our confidential client is a business in high growth and transformation in the B2B market. Fun and a great place to work with a high performance culture, the newly created role of Head of Talent Acquisition & Management will be a critical enabler to deliver the next three years business strategy, ensuring capability is grown and developed, which aligns to the business strategy, supported by a robust talent management plan which retains and develops their people.

The organisation has grown significantly in the last 12 months through acquisition. Following a review of the HR model,this is a key role for an individual to bring a forward thinking, strategic and operational approach to learning and attraction strategies, which strengthens the employee value propostion, talent pipeline and learning offering. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop an employer brand, whilst driving high performance in a sales led environment, proactively developing organisational capability and succession planning in line with ambitious growth plans. The successful incumbent will work at all levels and have the opportunity to make a real difference to the future success of this fast paced business, ensuring the realisation of the organisation’s values and vision to be an employer of choice.

This is a dual role that needs a hand on person able to manage lots of variety in a fast paced environment. You will manage a team of four recruiters leading on volume sales hiring for first jobbers as well as technical/specialist resourcing, whilst implementing the technology, processesand capabilities needed to enable business leaders to define strategic capability needs. You will be accountable for the employee experience journey up to onboarding as well as managing the talent agenda. 

To be considered for this highly visible and critical role, you will be an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development professional with a proven track record of volume and specialist resourcing, whilstestablishing and leading the strategic direction of a well-regarded Talent Acquisition and Learning function, during a period of growth.
