Learning & Development Specialist / Trainer

A commercial Financial Services organisation who are values orientated and committed to employee wellbeing. They are currently recruiting a Learning & Development Specialist / Trainer to be based from their offices in Birmingham.

Your new role
The Learning & Development Specialist will support the Head of L&D, in the implementation of the L&D strategy across the organisation. The L&D Specialist will lead the development, creation and delivery of a range of elearning and virtual based programmes. The post holder will develop and deliver a portfolio of learning & development programmes including management development, leadership, induction, customer service, sales soft skills and apprenticeship training. Additionally the role will be responsible for updating and development of the LMS system and analysing LMS management information data.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced L&D specialist or Trainer with a recognised training qualification. Strong experience of training development and delivery is essential. Proven experience of managing LMS systems and creating elearning training is also vital.
