Team Administrator - Recruitment & Training

12 month FTC with a pharmaceutical company based in Reading.

A mix of recruitment and training administration for an exciting project.

Client Details

A global medical products and technologies company.

Description

Recruitment:

Adding adverts to websites and job boards.

Speaking with potential candidates.

Uploading CVs on to the system.

Updating trackers.

Scheduling interviews for employees based in EU countries, therefore you will be working in EU time zones and you will need to work around complex diaries.

Working closely with the Lead Recruiter.

Training:

Supporting the Training Manager by creating slide shows for presentations.

Booking meeting rooms.

Arranging refreshments in the room.

Ensuring the training trackers are updated e.g. how many people attended, how many didn't.

Profile

Previous recruitment administration experience is essential.

Professional and proactive work ethic.

Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Strong organisational and time keeping skills.
