Compensation Analyst - London - 12m FTC - Property - £40,000 - January Start

Your new role
Supporting the annual salary review and bonus process and supporting a job grading project.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of supporting annual pay review and or bonus cycles using systems based tools, preferably Oracle/Peoplesoft.
  • Strong excel and data manipulation skills (can build and use complex excel formulae).
  • Salary survey data submission experience preferably Willis Towers Watson.
