HR Manager - 6 month FTC

HR Manager for an NHS client based in Lewes for a 6 month FTC.

Your new company
Our NHS client is recruiting for two HR Managers to join their team of 8 at their base in Lewes.

Your new role
As a HR Manager you will be supporting the organisation during a period of change and assisting with consultations for redundancies and employee relation cases. You will be supporting managers during 1-1 processes and generally being there for the staff.

You will be based in Lewes but will need to travel to other sites in Hove, Crawley, Burgess Hill and Bexhill.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must be a senior HR professional with a background in organisational change and employee relations. You must be available to start at the end of October with access to a car in order to travel to the other sites. A background within the NHS would be ideal but not essential.
