An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a HR Advisor in an innovative Public Relations & Communications Organisation, based in central London, you'll be reporting to the Head of People.
Your new role
In your new job as an HR Advisor working in the busy London office, you'll be exposed to a wide range of opportunities within the HR function. You'll be tasked with responsibilities from on-boarding and inducting new joiners, employee objectives and regular conversations, managing maternity and paternity cases, supporting in the implementation of HR Projects, assisting in ER cases, and providing ad hoc support where necessary and will be working in a very people focused environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role as HR Advisor you will have worked in a similar role, within the Tech/ Media industry. You will have developed a wide HR knowledge, you will have a good understanding of Employment law. You will need to be a strong communicator and an effective decision maker. You will need a passion for learning new skills and developing your HR knowledge.
