Head of HR EMEA

Annapurna has partnered with a fast-growing media company who are looking for a Head of HR, EMEA to join the team on a 9-12 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will support managers across the European offices and will also lead on global projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and execute the people plans that align with the business strategy
  • Champion company culture and values
  • Coach and advise senior management in order to improve leadership capabilities
  • Solve any complex organisational challenges that a fast growing start up will experience.
  • Lead on global projects - HRIS implementation and change of global payroll provider


  • Experience working as a HR Generalist in the UK and Europe
  • Problem solving, strategic thinker
  • Leader and strong team-work capability
  • Good written and oral communication skills
