We are working with a highly regarded & well known Digital Research business who seek an Early Careers Programme Manager on a 5 day a week basis, with 2-3 days from home.
As a newly designed role, you will enhance the acquisition and development of talent, driving the UK Early Careers programme, with a view to integrating and scaling to cover all jurisdictions (22), working with local HR teams.
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead as part of a wider Talent team of 5, you will explore appropriate attraction strategies, including careers fairs, advertising, university partnerships and other initiatives.
Leveraging your knowledge and understanding of experienced hire, you'll work with colleagues, to develop user friendly and successful programmes, ensuring wider attraction and retention of talent across the business.

Previous in-house experience of developing and running successful careers programmes & using assessment tools is key. An interest in diversity & inclusion & wider initiatives associated with talent are highly desirable.
