Frazer Jones are supporting a leading professional services business in securing a Recruitment Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on recruiter to run and end to end process across Europe.
You will have ownership of the hiring process working with line managers and local teams to execute all searches, planning the sourcing approach, coordinating the process, interviewing candidates, working with the CoE's to set salaries, securing acceptance and then supporting their onboarding into the firm.
Whilst you will primarily leverage recruitment agencies for your searches you may at times choose to source candidates directly or will be working with internal candidates supporting the growth and development of existing business service teams. Although primarily a recruiting role your work goes beyond this ensuring the successful onboarding of your hires into the business where you leverage the knowledge you have developed through the recruiting processes and your understanding of the business to ensure an optimal onboarding experience.
In this role you will advise on Director levelling for new hires, interviewing potential candidates and preparing the business case.
My client really needs to see a strong track record in International hiring. This could cover Europe, the Middle East and North and South America. While not a prerequisite, a second language would also be viewed positively.
