Working as a temporary admin assistant in a busy fast-pased office. Will be supporting the HR team with additional workload.
A not for profit organisation.
Actioning basic admin tasks such as collecting references and sending offer documentation with templates provided.
Checking all employees ID's, driving licenses and insurance documents and ensuring the right to work in the UK due to Brexit.
Jumping in wherever needs additional help within the HR office.
It is essential have a solid Admin background as you will need to adapt to the working environment quickly.
Must have own transport to get to the office.
A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
On site parking.
Flexible working hours if needs be.
Laptop and phone are provided.
Big communal kitchen for lunch breaks.
