Oakleaf are working with a Big 4 Consultancy for looking for a Manager in the Equity Reward space.Base in East London this is a permanent positions, looking for team players and proactive individuals.
Successful candidates will be a Reward/ Share Plan Specialist who:
has a good understanding of the UK tax and legal issues that may arise in relation to long term and equity based incentive arrangements
has experience of drafting legal documentation, employee communications and technical advice
demonstrates excellent organisational skills and ability to work under their own initiative
is either working in professional services with a reputation for delivering high quality technical advice in this space; or
working in industry but able to demonstrate the ability to deliver in a professional services environment when tested
